-036 BLACK CHEMOURS VITON 75D O-RING

The VITON75036 is an AS568-036 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.364 in (60.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.504 in (63.6 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam.

It sees regular use in chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
