-036 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

The VB90036 is an AS568-036 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.364 in (60.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.504 in (63.6 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or ketones and esters are present.

It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, aerospace, and semiconductor equipment.

Stocked as VB90036 and sold individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 2 3/8 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
