568-040 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90040 is an AS568-040 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.864 in (72.75 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.004 in (76.3 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. The compound resists impact and shock loading, ozone, and abrasion and wear. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature will shorten service life.
