Part number HSN90041 is an AS568-041 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.989 in (75.92 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.129 in (79.48 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or strong oxidizing acids.
