Ordered as U70044, this is an AS568-044 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.739 in (94.97 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.879 in (98.53 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. Expect good resistance to ozone, impact and shock loading, and abrasion and wear. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or acids and bases are present.

Typical settings include high-pressure fluid power, construction machinery, and press and forming equipment.
