TES70045 is an AS568-045 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.989 in (101.32 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.129 in (104.88 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load. Supplementary detail from the product record: ORING 70 Durometer.

It resists nearly all process chemicals, wide temperature swings, and strong acids and solvents. PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is specified for strong resistance to permeation and excellent recovery across extreme temperature cycling. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across chemical processing, food and beverage processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
