Ordered as HSN90045, this is an AS568-045 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.989 in (101.32 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.129 in (104.88 mm). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with esters or strong oxidizing acids.
