568-045 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Part number U90045 is an AS568-045 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.989 in (101.32 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.129 in (104.88 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and exceptional abrasion resistance. The compound resists impact and shock loading, abrasion and wear, and petroleum oils. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Applications involving ketones or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in hydraulic cylinders, high-pressure fluid power, and construction machinery.
