HSN90046 is an AS568-046 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.239 in (107.67 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.379 in (111.23 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
