-047 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

VB90047 is an AS568-047 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.489 in (114.02 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.629 in (117.58 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Viton® (FKM) offers very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

It sees regular use in chemical processing, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.

Stocked as VB90047 and sold individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 4 1/2 inch.
