568-047 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90047 is an AS568-047 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.489 in (114.02 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.629 in (117.58 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
