568-102 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90102 is an AS568-102 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.049 in (1.24 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.255 in (6.48 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and ozone. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature are present.

Common environments for this compound include mining and heavy equipment, high-pressure fluid power, and hydraulic cylinders.
