568-103 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

APG stocks the HS70103, an AS568-103 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.081 in (2.06 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.287 in (7.29 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. It resists heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or strong oxidizing acids are present.
