568-103 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90103 is an AS568-103 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.081 in (2.06 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.287 in (7.29 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include oilfield and downhole equipment, engine timing systems, and automotive air conditioning.
