-104 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

APG stocks the VB90104, an AS568-104 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.112 in (2.84 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.318 in (8.08 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).

Common environments for this compound include high-temperature process equipment, aerospace, and automotive fuel systems.
