Ordered as HS70104, this is an AS568-104 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.112 in (2.84 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.318 in (8.08 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or ketones are present.

It sees regular use in heavy-duty powertrain, engine timing systems, and automotive air conditioning.
