568-104 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90104 is an AS568-104 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.112 in (2.84 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.318 in (8.08 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists impact and shock loading, extrusion under high pressure, and ozone. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for very high tensile strength and load capacity, outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or acids and bases are present.

Common environments for this compound include construction machinery, off-highway equipment, and hydraulic cylinders.
