-105 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

A80105 is an AS568-105 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.143 in (3.63 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.349 in (8.86 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to high-temperature steam, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and sour gas and hydrogen sulfide. Aflas (TFE/P) is specified for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and proven performance in aggressive downhole environments. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service are present.

Typical settings include power generation, downhole tooling, and oil and gas production.

Stocked as A80105 and sold individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 5/32 inch. Confirm chemical compatibility, pressure and temperature against your own application requirements before installing.
