568-105 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70105 is an AS568-105 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.143 in (3.63 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.349 in (8.86 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or ketones are present.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, engine timing systems, and automotive air conditioning.
