568-106 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

Ordered as HSN90106, this is an AS568-106 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.174 in (4.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.38 in (9.65 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
