568-107 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70107 is an AS568-107 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.206 in (5.23 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.412 in (10.46 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The material holds up against modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and heat and oxidation. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
