568-107 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

Part number U90107 is an AS568-107 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.206 in (5.23 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.412 in (10.46 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and ozone. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for very high tensile strength and load capacity, outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature call for a different compound.

Typical settings include mining and heavy equipment, high-pressure fluid power, and off-highway equipment.
