AS568-108 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.237 in (6.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.443 in (11.25 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or esters will shorten service life.
