568-110 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

TES70110 is an AS568-110 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.362 in (9.19 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.568 in (14.43 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces. The catalog record notes: ORING 70 Durometer.

PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is known for a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core and a non-contaminating, non-stick sealing surface. It resists nearly all process chemicals, wide temperature swings, and steam. Continuous operating temperature is published at -75°F (-59.4°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to tight-radius dynamic flexing or installation over sharp edges will shorten service life.
