-111 BLACK CHEMOURS VITON 75D O-RING

VITON75111 is an AS568-111 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.424 in (10.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.63 in (16 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.

Typical settings include oil and gas, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
