The SV70111 is an AS568-111 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.424 in (10.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.63 in (16 mm). This quad-ring delivers lower friction and better sealing stability than a comparable round-section o-ring.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, many acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or hot water and steam are present.
