Part number HSN90111 is an AS568-111 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.424 in (10.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.63 in (16 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. This material stands up to modern refrigerants, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids are present.
