568-116 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90116 is an AS568-116 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.737 in (18.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.943 in (23.95 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The compound resists ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in esters or strong oxidizing acids.

It sees regular use in commercial refrigeration, oilfield and downhole equipment, and engine timing systems.

HSN90116 ships individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 3/4 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
