568-119 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

APG stocks the HS70119, an AS568-119 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.924 in (23.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.13 in (28.7 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
