HSN90119 is an AS568-119 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.924 in (23.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.13 in (28.7 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving ketones or esters call for a different compound.
