568-121 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

The U70121 is an AS568-121 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.049 in (26.64 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.255 in (31.88 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. It resists extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and ozone. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. Applications involving prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam call for a different compound.

Typical settings include press and forming equipment, off-highway equipment, and construction machinery.
