568-125 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

HSN90125 is an AS568-125 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.299 in (32.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.505 in (38.23 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ketones or esters.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, automotive air conditioning, and heavy-duty powertrain.
