APG stocks the HSN90128, an AS568-128 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.487 in (37.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.693 in (43 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Applications involving ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in engine timing systems, automotive air conditioning, and commercial refrigeration.
