HSN90138 is an AS568-138 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.112 in (53.64 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.318 in (58.88 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

This material stands up to ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or esters will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across automotive air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, and engine timing systems.
