U90140 is an AS568-140 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.237 in (56.82 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.443 in (62.05 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for exceptional abrasion resistance and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. The compound resists impact and shock loading, ozone, and extrusion under high pressure. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C).
