568-141 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

U90141 is an AS568-141 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.3 in (58.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.506 in (63.65 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against petroleum oils, extrusion under high pressure, and ozone. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and exceptional abrasion resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to hot water and steam or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature will shorten service life.
