Ordered as HSN90142, this is an AS568-142 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.362 in (59.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.568 in (65.23 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids.
