568-144 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90144 is an AS568-144 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.487 in (63.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.693 in (68.4 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or esters are present.

Typical settings include engine timing systems, oilfield and downhole equipment, and heavy-duty powertrain.
