568-145 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

U90145 is an AS568-145 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.55 in (64.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.756 in (70 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against petroleum oils, extrusion under high pressure, and abrasion and wear. Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for very high tensile strength and load capacity, toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Typical settings include hydraulic cylinders, high-pressure fluid power, and off-highway equipment.
