Ordered as VITON75146, this is an AS568-146 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.612 in (66.34 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.818 in (71.58 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is valued for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines will shorten service life.
