568-149 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70149 is an AS568-149 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.8 in (71.12 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.006 in (76.35 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

It sees regular use in commercial refrigeration, oilfield and downhole equipment, and engine timing systems.
