Part number U70149 is an AS568-149 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.8 in (71.12 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.006 in (76.35 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. The material holds up against extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and abrasion and wear. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or ketones will shorten service life.
