U70154 is an AS568-154 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.737 in (94.92 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.943 in (100.15 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. It resists impact and shock loading, petroleum oils, and extrusion under high pressure. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases will shorten service life.
