The U70158 is an AS568-158 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.737 in (120.32 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.943 in (125.55 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. It resists extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and petroleum oils. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Verify compatibility before use with ketones or hot water and steam.

Typical settings include press and forming equipment, hydraulic cylinders, and high-pressure fluid power.
