-160 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

The H50160 is an AS568-160 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.237 in (133.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.443 in (138.25 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. This material stands up to propane and butane, petroleum-based oils, and greases and lubricants. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to strong acids or polar solvents will shorten service life.
