568-160 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

Ordered as HS70160, this is an AS568-160 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.237 in (133.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.443 in (138.25 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or strong oxidizing acids are present.
