568-160 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

APG stocks the U90160, an AS568-160 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.237 in (133.02 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.443 in (138.25 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Polyurethane (AU/EU) delivers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across high-pressure fluid power, hydraulic cylinders, and off-highway equipment.
