Part number U90161 is an AS568-161 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.487 in (139.37 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.693 in (144.6 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for exceptional abrasion resistance, very high tensile strength and load capacity. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, petroleum oils, and impact and shock loading. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam.

Typical settings include press and forming equipment, high-pressure fluid power, and off-highway equipment.
