HS70162 is an AS568-162 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.737 in (145.72 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.943 in (150.95 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids are present.
