Part number VB90163 is an AS568-163 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.987 in (152.07 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.193 in (157.3 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. The material holds up against aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
